Update Information	Details
Added bulk deliveries to the 3rd Anniversary Festa 1st delivery quest	[5 deliveries] and [10 deliveries] will be added to the delivery quests for "Marbled Meat", "Fresh Vegetables", and "Fresh Fruits". Along with that, we will change the possession limit of each item to 255.
Added participation levels to leagues	Changed to require level 300 or higher to join the league
