關於贈品道具發放的公告關於未發放的Step Up報酬贈品道具以及補償魔石，
已於今天發放完畢。
造成各位玩家不便，我們深感抱歉。
關於補償內容 關於本次異常現象，團隊將在今後進行以下補償。
同時，重新開始販賣該STEP UP扭蛋。
■對象期間
JST：2019/09/27 15:00 ～ 2019/10/04 15:00
■對象玩家
對象期間，購買次數達到獲得贈品次數（10次・20次・30次）的玩家。
※購買次數從2019年9月27日(五) 15:00之後開始統計。
※將針對各個發生問題的STEP UP扭蛋進行補償。
■補償內容
對象期間結束後，團隊將通過GM郵件補償該扭蛋的道具BOX（開啟即可隨機獲得道具）。
■補償日期
JST：2019/10/07 ～
此外，針對對象期間購買過該扭蛋的玩家，
團隊將發放20魔石作為本次異常現象的補償。

About distribution of Bonus ItemsToday, we have distributed Gems and bonus items individually from Step Up Rewards that wasn't distributed as compensastion..
We deeply apologize for the incovenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
Regarding Detail We will be distributing compensations regarding this issues.
As a result, we will be re-opening the covered Step Up Pack.
■Period
JST：2019/09/27 15:00 ～ 2019/10/04 15:00
■Target
Users who have drawn the amount of times (10x, 20x, 30x) for corresponding Step Up Pack during the period.
*The number drawn will be counted from after 15:00 on September 27, 2019 (Fri).
*We will be compensating according to each corresponding Step Up Packs.
■Detail
We will send compensation for an Item BOX that can be randomly acquired from corresponding Pack by GM mail, after the end of the period.
■Date/Time
JST：2019/10/07 ～
We will also be distributing 20 Gems for the users who have drawn the corresponding Packs,
even once during the period, as an apology for the issue.
